• Nutrition and wellness guidance.

• Membership portal access with exclusive training content.

All guides, videos, branding, text, images, and content remain the exclusive property of Toned By Tiffany LLC.

• Share login credentials or purchased content with non-paying individuals.

8. Payments & Refunds

• By purchasing a subscription (Meal Plan, Training Plan, or Premium Plan), you agree to recurring monthly billing. Subscription fees will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide at checkout on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. Applicable taxes will also be added to each recurring billing cycle.

• For one-time purchases (such as digital guides or other resources), payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required.

• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a product or subscription has been purchased or accessed. Failure to use your membership or access purchased content does not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We are not responsible for injuries, health issues, losses, or damages resulting from participation in our Services.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise, nutrition, and wellness activities.
